Unapproved applicants will be refunded all but a $10.00 Application Fee and any late fees that may apply.

Rules and Regulations

January 26th and 27th, 2008/Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm/Masked Ball 9:00pm-12:00am/Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm

*All fees are due with applications. 
*Applications due by Dec.30th. $25.00 late fee for applications and payments received after due date.
*Cancellations before Dec 15th, will have a 50% of total fee penalty. No refunds after that date will be made.
*No Rain Dates. The festival is held indoors.
*No Refunds for inclement weather
*Set up will be the Friday before the festival from Noon to no later than 10:00pm.
*Booth Decoration and Costumes are required (No Balloons or Rubber decorations please.) Please cover your tables.
*We are a juried event so please list your items that you intend to sell on the order form. If you add an item after you send in your form, please contact us to let us know before the festival date.
*We reserve the right to limit the amount of same craft vendors.
*Furthermore, no vendor, food or merchandise, will use latex gloves or any latex based items, due the increases in latex allergies. There are an estimated 20% and rising count of latex allergies in the United States.
*Smoking will be allowed in designated areas only. At no time will smoking be allowed in the building or within 50 feet of any festival entrance. Over 20 million people suffer from Asthma, over 9 million of them are children who cannot control their environment. Cigarette Smoke can be a major trigger for this bronchial disease.
*No illegal substances will be tolerated or permitted on grounds before, during or after this event. If caught with, distributing or using any illegal substances you will be turned over to the proper authorities and removed from the grounds. 
*No pets allowed. Service animals welcome.
*The Oklahoma tax commission requires any vendor who does not have a valid Oklahoma tax permit to pay sales taxes to the Festival before they leave the Festival grounds.
*Please fill out the application completely, specify how many badges you require (first 2 free), whether you need electricity ($25), tables and any other special requirements or requests so that we may better help you. Requests and Requirements will be taken into consideration during planning.
*If your application is declined for any reason a $10.00 application fee will be extracted from your refunded fee.
*If you are selling work that is created by someone else you must be representing the artist and their name should appear on the application and credit given on the merchandise. You should sign the application as a representative.
*You must have proof of liability insurance. Please enclose such proof in the packet with your application.

Liability insurance is for your own protection as a business. It can be purchased through your local insurance companies, or through our Festival Sponsor Matt Pryor with State Farm Insurance. This will help protect you during the event of an accident or any other mishap that may occur.

*Photos of Products to be sold and rough sketch of layout and/or tent must be submitted.
*Booths MUST meet fire codes. No open flames.
*Oklahoma State Law prohibits the selling of weapons to minors without Parent/Guardian consent. Please ID buyers whom you suspect to be under age and post a sign that states that you will not sell to minors. Raffling and other forms of gambling are also prohibited. Participants must abide by these rules.
*All weapons worn must be peace tied, weapons sold must be peace tied or in box when purchased.
*Please remain kind and courteous at all times. If a problem arises please take it to the appropriate persons in charge.
*24 hour security will be provided during the event.
*Risks of injury, damages and theft are always possible at any event. Neither FoxMoon Productions nor the OKC Farmers Public Market and Big Dog Holding Company will be held responsible for any mishaps that may occur.
*No stake driven tents. The festival is held indoors on concrete flooring.
*If you are given a badge, please wear it at all times. Badges will allow entrance to the event and specified areas. You will receive two badges per booth/performance group. Additional badges can be purchased for other helpers at $5.00 per badge. If you do not need the second badge please turn it in to the Merchant Coordinator.
*If you are removed from the grounds for violation of any of the above rules and regulations all fees and refunds are forfeit.
*No Camping. Hotel Sponsors offer discount to festival merchants and performers. RV park available at: http://www.okccvb.org/special/rvparks.htm
*Parking for Merchants and Performers will be in designated parking lot only. We will have organized and secure parking. Parking passes must be visible at all times.
